Mango Moon in Concert!

Mango Moon began in 2008 when founding members Gerald Schoelzel, Josh Younke and Chris Parsons shared a vision. They imagined a core group of strings complimented by creative instrumentation such as harp, percussion, keyboard and many others. The members and featured soloists are blended with equal care given to personality and to musical abilities. The resulting collaborations are exhilarating, vibrant and versatile.

Mango Moon presents an extremely broad repertoire, ranging from world music to classical with their own twist to Celtic and jazz. Whether performing original works or recording old favorites with their own unique interpretation, they bring sparkling technique and sumptuous sound to every performance.

David Gaschen in Concert!

Lubbock native, world renown vocalist and performer, David Gaschen brings his artistry to the Broadway hits and Pop classics that have thrilled generation after generation.

Gaschen began his role as Phantom of the Opera in Switzerland and after performing for two years there, he was contracted to perform the lead in the German production in Hamburg.

In the summer of 1999, Gaschen found himself walking out on stage to sing for famous Broadway producer Harold Prince.  The result was immediate: Gaschen joined the Broadway cast after that audition.  He would make his Broadway debut in the title role of “The Phantom of the Opera” in November 1999.

All told, Gaschen has performed the role of the Phantom in professional productions more than 1,300 times.  He already is included on the compact disc “Broadway’s Fabulous Phantoms” with the likes of Howard McGilin, Hugh Panaro and Michael Crawford, the latter of course being Broadway’s original and best known Phantom of the Opera
